Your managers already know the news. Ask them.
The best early warning in your business is the people running it. Here's how to turn their updates into action.
Your service manager knows which crew is stretched. Your front desk knows which customers are unhappy. Most owners hear about it too late, if they hear at all.
Ask the same three questions every week
What went well? What's stuck? What do you need from me? Same questions, same day, every week. The habit matters more than the format.
Keep it short
A few lines by text or email is enough. Long reports get skipped, by them and by you.
Close the loop
When someone flags a problem, tell them what you did about it. People stop reporting when nothing happens.
Send them their numbers
Share how their area is doing. People who can see the score play better.
